Experience Description

The Photography Basics & Beyond online class is the ideal experience for you if you have been with a camera for a while and have never dared to shoot in manual mode or you feel like trying new things. Assembled through videoconference we will review the technical and narrative side of photography. I will give you the necessary tools to start creating more beautiful and attractive images as you always wanted to do.

Why can’t I create a blur? How do I change the color temperature of my photo? Why does the image have grain? How do I avoid a shaky image? My image did not turn out well at all! These and many more questions will be solved together learning elementary and advanced techniques using explanatory images of Barcelona and from other places around the world. We will travel together and have a good time recognizing and guessing places while we will learn to better control our camera and understand how to take better photos and play with light.

We will have fun traveling online, analyzing photos of Barcelona and other fantastic cities around the globe. Have a good time recognizing places and learn to use the most important tools and advantages of your camera.

WHO CAN TAKE THIS EXPERIENCE?

This experience is private or group and was ideally made for individuals, couples, small families or little groups of friends or colleagues.

DO I NEED A REFLEX CAMERA?

It is recommendable to have a reflex or mirrorless camera but is not fundamental at all. This experience was made for any kind of camera including also pocket, film, phones and even tablets cameras. Remember: In photography, it is all about training the eye, not the equipment!

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?

You will need to have a reliable internet connection, a pen, and a notebook. And do not forget your drink!

We will have the experience through the Zoom platform. You will receive an invitation in your email to join the class the day and time you have chosen.
